When it comes to online marketing there are a number of avenues you can explore. Search Engine Optimisation also known as SEO is a method that is carried out to a website to improve the rankings on the search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing.

If you have a business and want to target a specific area then you may need to add content in to your site that is highly optimised to allow you to compete for positions on the search engines. If, for example you wish to target 3 neighbouring towns then you may add in 6 pages (2 for each location). Within these pages you will want to ensure that you have the relevant keywords in the correct density and also ensure that all the meta data / heading tags are highly relevant to the new page.

Depending on the level of competition you may require several pages for one location to compete, but be sure to remember that each page needs to have unique content on it.
